Frequently asked questions

Help with creating your links and managing where each QR code leads.

How do I create a link?

In My links, choose Create link and enter the destination. Every link comes with a QR code ready to print and a code printed underneath, which helps you find the plate later.

Can I change the destination without printing again?

Yes. The QR code address never changes, only the destination. Open the link in My links, choose Change destination and save. The change applies to anyone who scans from that moment on.

How do I download the QR code again?

Open the link and download the QR as SVG or PNG. For a batch, download the spreadsheet for the printer or the images of every link. Downloading again does not use your link franchise.

What is the link franchise?

It is how many new links your workspace may create. Creating a link or a batch uses it; downloading the QR again, changing the destination or pausing does not. To raise it, contact support.

Can I pause a link?

Yes. In the link menu, choose Pause. Anyone who scans sees an unavailable-link page until you resume. The QR code stays the same.

Why does my link show as unavailable?

The link may be paused by you, or its destination may have been stopped by a safety check. Change the destination to a safe address or contact support for a review.

Can I use my own domain and bring QR codes from another system?

Yes. In Domains, connect your domain. In Import, upload the spreadsheet of the QR codes you already printed: they start pointing to the links here, with no reprinting.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Sign in with your email to create and manage links; you get a code or a sign-in link, with no password to remember.

Still need a hand?

Send the code printed under the QR and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access codes.
